We have a Fast Track system for clients who do not have the time to complete a full consultation form before their first treatment.  This Fast Track system will require basic information such as name, address, contact details, booking and payment.  However we advise that at the first appointment the therapist will have to complete the consultation form with you which will decrease your treatment time.

There are a variety of different ways to access PH Therapies website such as Internet cafes, local libraries, interactive tv, friends and family who have a home computer.  You will need to register an email account and  there are many free sites available where you can open an email account.  Please remember if you are accessing a computer in a public place, you must ensure that any passwords entered are kept private and must ensure that you log out completely after use, as per client terms and conditions.

If you wish to re-book a treatment then you can cancel the appointment on line and rebook for another date with the same therapist.  If you wish to cancel a treatment completely then you need to cancel the appointment on-line, if the cancellation is completed less than 48 hours before the appointment then PH Therapies will deduct 50% of the treatment cost.  If the cancellation is completed more than 48 hours before the appointment then the whole amount will be refunded minus bank charges.

Once you have selected your PH Therapist and treatment and confirmed the booking, you will be directed to our secure on-line payment system where payment will be deducted from your account immediately.

When you apply for membership of PH Therapies, part of the application process includes listing all your qualified beauty/holistic therapies.  Any qualifications that are on the PH Therapies Ltd approved list (this includes treatments and examining boards) will automatically be accepted.  Any qualifications which are not on the approved list will be looked at individually.  PH Therapies will not prevent you from advertising these treatments yourself but will not participate in promoting or marketing these therapies/treatments.
